Clear, upfront, no surprises
The simple policies that keep every shoot smooth — how booking and deposits work, how to prep your property, travel, and how your tour is hosted.
Booking & deposits
Standard residential shoots in the Fargo-Moorhead metro can be booked instantly online. A deposit confirms your time slot and is applied to your final total. The balance is due on or before delivery of your tour.
Large, commercial, documentation, or out-of-area projects are quoted first. Once you approve the quote, we send a private scheduling link so you can pick a time that works.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens — you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge and your deposit carries over. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a property that isn't ready to capture when we arrive, may forfeit the deposit or incur a trip fee that covers the reserved time and travel.
Weather or unsafe winter driving is never counted against you — we'll simply find the next available time.
How to prep your property
The camera captures the space exactly as it looks, so a few minutes of prep makes a big difference. Before we arrive, please:
- Tidy and declutter — surfaces, floors, and countertops clear
- Turn on every light and open blinds for even, bright rooms
- Hide valuables, personal photos, mail, and anything private
- Secure pets and let occupants know we'll be scanning every room
- Confirm access — lockbox code, key, or someone to let us in
- Finish staging beforehand; the space is captured exactly as it looks

The FM metro is included. Beyond it, a flat travel fee is added and always confirmed on your quote before booking.

Hosting, delivery & usage
Every tour is hosted for 12 months from delivery, included in your price. After that, affordable renewal keeps it live — if hosting lapses, the tour goes offline until renewed. Just say the word to extend.
You receive a shareable tour link (plus an MLS-compliant unbranded version for agents) and website embed code. You're free to use your tour across the MLS, Zillow, social, and your own marketing for as long as it's hosted.
About our imagery
Our core product is the Matterport 3D tour, floor plans, and measurements. Still images can be pulled directly from your 3D scan, and standalone photo sessions are captured on the latest iPhone and edited by hand. We don't currently offer drone or aerial photography.
