Professional Matterport 3D capture
Fargo3D Tours uses professional Matterport 3D scanning technology to create immersive digital twins with detailed spatial data and high-resolution imagery — a meaningful step beyond walking a property with a phone.
For technical projects, professional capture can produce MatterPak data — a colorized XYZ point cloud, 3D OBJ mesh, reflected ceiling plan, and high-resolution floor-plan imagery — that your architect, engineer, contractor, or building official can use directly. Some technical deliverables are add-ons we'll confirm when we quote.

Common questions
- How long does a shoot take?
- Most spaces are captured in 1–3 hours depending on square footage and complexity. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your business or showing schedule.
- How soon do I get my tour?
- Most standard residential tours are delivered the next business day. Larger, commercial, and technical projects — or floor plans that depend on third-party processing — can take a little longer, and we'll always tell you up front.
- How long is my tour hosted?
- For residential listings, hosting is included while the home is actively listed, up to 6 months. Need it live longer? Add 6 months for $30 or 12 months for $50. Commercial and long-term hosting is defined in your custom proposal.
- Do you travel outside Fargo-Moorhead?
- Absolutely. The greater FM metro is included, and I'm happy to travel to surrounding towns and farther out for a small travel fee that's always quoted upfront — no surprises.
