Insurance & Restoration
Document losses before the work begins
For water, fire, and storm jobs, a Matterport scan captures a dated, walkable record of a property before mitigation and demolition change it — so your team and adjusters can revisit the exact conditions any time, from anywhere.
A record of conditions before demo
Capture the affected areas — and adjacent unaffected rooms — before crews start. The scan is time-stamped, so there's an objective view of exactly how the space looked on day one.
Fewer trips back to 'see the room'
Estimators, project managers, and adjusters walk the property remotely in the browser instead of driving back to the site just for a visual reference.
Reference measurements on demand
Pull room and opening dimensions inside the tour for scoping and documentation — general reference measurements, not a survey.
One link the whole file can use
Share a single link with your team, the owner, and the carrier. It opens on any device with no app to install.

Questions
Good to know
- Do you produce insurance estimates or Xactimate files?
- No. We provide the visual and dimensional record of the property; your estimators and adjusters use it to build their own scope and estimate. We stay out of the estimating and cause-of-loss process.
- How fast can you get on-site?
- We prioritize restoration jobs because timing matters — the record is most valuable before mitigation begins. Reach out with the address and we'll schedule as quickly as we can.
- Are the measurements accurate enough?
- They're solid reference measurements for scoping and documentation, not a licensed survey. For anything requiring certified accuracy, we'll flag it and add the appropriate deliverable.
