Most local 3D tour pricing comes down to square footage, because that's what drives how long the on-site capture takes. We keep it to round, flat rates so there are no surprises:
- Essential — $175: compact spaces up to 1,500 sq ft. Great for condos, smaller homes, offices, and retail.
- Professional — $250: our most popular tier, for homes and venues in the 1,501–3,000 sq ft range.
- Large Residential — starting at $350: larger homes in the 3,001–5,000 sq ft range.
- Commercial / Specialty — custom quote: 5,000+ sq ft, commercial, multifamily, and technical projects, plus volume pricing for repeat clients. Complex commercial spaces vary too much for a flat rate, so we scope them individually.
Every tier includes the full professional Matterport Pro2 scan, dollhouse and floor-plan views, a shareable hosted tour link, and website embed. Residential hosting is included while your home is actively listed (up to 6 months), and standard homes are delivered the next business day. What changes the price
A few things can move the number up or down:
- Square footage and layout. Bigger or more complex spaces take longer to capture.
- Add-ons. Schematic floor plans, scan-derived property images, a 3D tour highlight reel, or a MatterPak data bundle are available à la carte — or save with our Listing Plus and Listing Complete bundles.
- Travel. The greater Fargo-Moorhead metro is included; longer trips add a small travel fee that's always quoted upfront.
